Islamic Azad University, Bostan Abad branch, started its activity in 2013 as an educational center with 70 students in two associate fields of computer and accounting under the supervision of Tabriz branch, and due to its proximity to the capital of the province, it became an academic unit in 2017. Currently, this academic unit has 30 courses in different associate, bachelor and master degrees, 20 faculty members, 18 employees and more than 800 students. Having a computer site, a library with more than 6000 books, a university mosque with an infrastructure of 400 square meters and having specialized workshops and a suitable scientific space, it has taken long and solid steps to be on the path of growth and excellence. Also, in the field of research activities and the young researchers club, he has participated in prestigious exhibitions and won the top prize.
