The Islamic Azad University, Buinzahra Branch, is located in the city of Buinzahra in Qazvin province. This center was established in 2001 and started its academic and educational activities by accepting students at the associate and bachelor's degree levels in 2003. Currently, Islamic Azad University, Buinzahra Branch, accepts students in five study levels: continuous and non-continuous associate's degree, non-continuous bachelor's degree, continuous bachelor's degree, master's degree, and specialized doctorate. The center currently consists of two faculties, with more than 2500 students studying and 48 full-time faculty members working there. So far, more than 1000 scientific articles from this university unit have been published in reputable domestic and international journals and conferences. Due to its favorable geographical location adjacent to industrial towns such as Eshtehard and Arak, this university unit has been successful in establishing research units to provide employment opportunities for students in the industry.
